**Our client is a refreshing, fully independent estate agent that has quickly built up an enviable network of 10 branches across Surrey and Hampshire. They are always looking to expand their business and are looking for someone to join them on thisjourney.**
Two thirds of their business comes via recommendations, demonstrating that they are totally committed to providing their clients with a proactive and dynamic approach to moving, from start to finish.
Each of their branches are run by one of the Company Directors, all of whom are owners of the company and care passionately about their business. Their staff have been carefully hand-picked and have been very successful in delivering fantastic results anda high level of customer service.
They are currently seeking an experienced Property Consultant or Assistant Manager to assist in the growth of the department by developing new leads, market appraisals and managing a busy desk.
**The role**:
- You will need to have experience in an estate agency environment, either in a similar role, or be ready to take the next step in your career.
- You will be motivated with the ability to motivate and drive the team around you.
- Ability to develop new business opportunities in Estate Agency and cross sell across the business
- Excellent track record in estate agency
- Excellent networking skills
- Preferably knowledge of the local property market
- The will to ensure all legal and company standards are met
- Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
- Full driving licence essential
