We are currently recruiting an Assistant Manager for our client, an award-winning fashion retailer with over 150 stores in the UK and they are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager for their flagship store in Henley-on-Thames.

We will consider a retail supervisor looking to progress in their career. This role will support the store manager in day to day store operations and working closely with the team of 10, whilst driving sales and setting targets to achieve as a team.

- Fashion retail experience desirable or a love for fashion.
- Confident in leading a team
- Train and develop your team through coaching
- Be a Team Player
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude
