Audit Assistant Manager Opportunity About the Company A highly respected accountancy practice is seeking an Assistant Audit Manager to join its dynamic and friendly team. Responsibilities Lead teams on a variety of audit assignments Manage statutory audits from planning through to completion Ensure audits are completed within the agreed budget Act as the principal contact for clients during on-site fieldwork Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines Supervise audit teams on site, review their work, and contribute to the development of junior team members Manage assurance and risk management projects, liaising with clients and preparing client reports Qualifications ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 1-2 years post-qualified experience Significant experience within a UK accountancy practice environment Up-to-date knowledge of UK audit and accounting standards Required Skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Proficient in general IT skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in managing and nurturing junior team members Pay range and compensation package £50,000 - £58,000 plus bens Equal Opportunity Statement Please note, applications cannot be accepted from candidates who do not have the right to work in the UK or require visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.
