Main Responsibility
- Providing emotional support
- Help build a routine by getting involved in cooking, sports, writing, music, relaxing and more
- Working with the child, our Teachers, and Therapists to come up with activity ideas
- Offer a high-quality service to help teach the children new skills and nurture their confidence.
- ?Mentoring, Supporting and Coaching new staff
- Experience in the Residential Children's Services sector or have worked in a similar setting working with children with challenging behaviour
- Achieved your Level 3 Diploma or equivalent in Children and Young People’s Workforce or be willing to undertake this in your first 2 years of working with us
- A willingness to work early, late and night shifts (shifts start between 8am-9am)
- Resilient, dedicated and have a can-do attitude
- Hold a Full UK Manual Licence and have access to your own car
