**Location: Langley, Berkshire**

**Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 + £1,000 bonus**

**Excellent benefits - including bonus, performance related pay of up to 15% of salary, 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), private health after successful completion of probationary period.**

**Main Responsibilities**:
We have a fantastic client based in Langley seeking a professional Customer Service Administrator. As part of a small team of 4 you will be responsible for delivering a complete customer service journey. You will process orders, liaise with your customersand warehouse regarding delivery times and check deliveries are received and all is good.

This is a business-to-business customer service role. You will be responsible for resolving customer product or service complaints by clarifying correction or adjustment as required. As Customer Service Administrator, you will also be responsible for dealingwith stock order processing using an internal CRM and Excel.

A strong background in customer service is required for this role along with an intermediate knowledge of Excel.
