**Position**: Receptionist (Chinese Speaking)

**Location**: Tottenham (N17 0DX)

**Contract**: Full time, Permanent

**No. of vacancies**: 1

**Salary**: £11.00/hr

**Benefits**: 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays), staff discount, pension scheme, staff parking

**About the Role**
- Take and process customers’ orders
- Take payments using EPOS and card machine
- Manage the delivery book-in diary
- Arrange staff to pick orders
- Handle the account invoice
- Print product labels when requested
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and information
- Provide administration support to the Store Manager
- Support other departments when needed or when requested by Store management team

**Essential Skills & Requirements**:

- Strong communication, task management, and customer service skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Well organised with excellent attention to details
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and/or Cantonese, are essential
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in a retail / reception environment will be an advantage

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
