Bolt has recently made the decision to deploy Leapsome as a global Talent & Performance tool and will be deploying the Perform (performance reviews, development framework) and Align (Goals and OKRs, 1:1s and team meetings) modules to standardize our global processes, have better visibility of talent and run impactful performance and 360° reviews that are easy to set up, easy to complete, and beneficial for all.
We are looking for an interim Global Talent & Performance Lead to operate in a Solution Architect/Product Owner type role as we deploy the new system. This will involve gathering requirements from different Bolt group business lines and global markets and working closely with Bolt's people leadership team (Notably VP People, Head of Total Rewards, Head of People Technology & Transformation, Head of L&D, Divisional Heads) to document our overall strategy for talent & performance and translate this into great user experiences and value add insights for the business.
You will work closely with the People Technology team to deploy Leapsome, operating as the SME on talent and performance management strategy and execution. Once Leapsome is deployed, it will be managed by a new Talent and Org development COE in Bolt's people team.
- Gather global requirements and (with the support of the people leadership team) document Bolt's future talent and performance strategy
- Architect the end to end performance management life cycle process and tools
- Provide best practice examples and challenge the business to standardize and unify where possible
- Champion employee experience and engagement and future-proof processes that will scale
- Operate on the project as talent and performance HR SME and a key decision maker for the lifecycle of the project
- Take a key role in the design, testing and deployment of the Leapsome solution
- Contribute to change management and training initiatives
- Support users and leaders in successful adoption
- Set up a support model and framework for successful interactions between people partners and leaders.
- Has experience of implementing standalone talent and performance solutions ideally Leapsome but similar solutions such as Lattice or Culture Amp considered too
- Substantial expertise in Talent and Performance Management strategy and programmes
- Proven project manager and problem solver
- Able to navigate uncertainty and deliver results
- Be confident with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels including c-suite
- Ideally come from a global matrixed organization.
