**Building Survey Team **sits within Communities and delivers a comprehensive integrated national or international service for the evaluation of fabric and building services assets within various industries and sectors. We provide standardised and/or tailored solutions to meet the client's expectations and ensure satisfactory completion of any brief given. Our primary service offerings are:

- Lifecycle Condition Surveys & Forward Cost Planning [Fabric & M&E]
- Asset Risk Management & Strategic Budget Planning
- Detailed Building Surveys & Defect Diagnosis [Fabric & M&E]
- Asset Management Plans
- Schedules of Condition & Dilapidation
- Asset Validation & Barcoding

**Job objectives and responsibilities**

Core Duties: An Administration professional is required to assist and report to our Project Coordination Manager to help deliver building surveys and other associated projects for the Building Survey Team due to an increasing workstream. Diligence and attention to detail are essential but full training will be given on survey data collection software/system.

Additional Duties: project and training planning assistance to Project Management Team as required.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Assist in general administration duties as requested by Project Coordination Manager or other members of team.
- Assist Project Management of surveying programmes.
- Assist in administration of survey data collection system.
- Creating room schedules (Microsoft xl) and amending drawing references.
- Creation and allocation of surveys using data collection software.
- Working with FM managers/Clients to obtain site details.
- Monitor surveyor programmes.
- Assist the Quality Audit of all survey data.
