**About The Role**:
THIS IS A GRADUATE/JUNIOR ROLE WHICH WILL DEVELOP TO TAKING FULL RESPONSIBILITY IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
Providing Treasury Services & Support for the BrewDog legal entities within the scope of the ITAP Team (currently 4 x Domestic and 6 x International entities with a further 6 x International Entities soon to be added):
**Transactional Processing** - Process transactions through banking software and SAP, including:

- supplier payment runs, manual payments, consultancy payments, VAT/HMRC payments, direct debits, standing orders
- accurate transactional coding in accordance with enterprise structure and chart of accounts to support budgetary management and compliance with financial reporting requirements
- manage workflows and secure timely approvals to ensure payment cycle obligations are fulfilled

**Business Support and Communication** - Provide prompt, clear and appropriate notifications to relevant parties on the status of payments/banking transactions. Proactively engage with colleagues to enhance understanding of payment schedules and approval workflows. Maintain the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality on all Treasury matters.

**Bank Reconciliations **- Undertake accurate and prompt daily and month end bank reconciliations.

**Queries** - Investigate and resolve transaction and bank reconciliation anomalies and queries. Identify, action and escalate issues with transactions or internal processes/compliance as appropriate.

**Reporting** - Produce and issue rhythmic reports and commentaries (e.g. daily bank balances) and ad hoc reports and commentaries on a timely basis as required.

**Accounting & Audit Interfaces** - Support the accounting teams with month end close, reporting requirements and provide records/evidence for audit purposes as required.

**Control & Complianc**e - Ensure vigilance and proactively drive increased compliance across banking and financial processes including:

- reduce processing exceptions by pushing back on payment requests outside rhythmic payment cycles and rejecting incomplete payment requests/missing master data****:

- ensure consistently strict adherence to approval stage gates and authorisation protocols
- meet ITAP deadlines (e.g. Month End Close, Review and HSBC dates)
- maintain rigour and quality in data integrity
- anti-frau
