The Customer Experience Co-ordinator, based in the customer-focused Customer Care Team, is responsible for delivering exceptional service with empathy, understanding and attention to detail. The role focuses on providing preventative complaints, feedback, and enquiry services, while ensuring organisational compliance with complaints and customer feedback processes. It also plays a vital role in embedding learning from customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints to inform service reviews and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

**What’s involved?**
- Handle complaints, suggestions, and feedback from customers and external organisations to a high standard.
- Support the planning and delivery of training on performance and customer care for staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Log complaints and maintain accurate, up-to-date records on their progress and outcomes, including conducting quality checks on formal complaints.
- Manage the complaints appeals process effectively.
- Lead or contribute to team projects as required, ensuring objectives, targets, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Ensure Equality, diversity & Inclusion is at the forefront of all decisions, inclusive language is used consistently and we celebrate differences.
- Ensure all Health and Safety issues identified are reported and appropriate learning where required is shared.
