London Wetland Centre is a sanctuary in the city, with an incredible nature reserve that offers tranquillity to thousands of visitors a year.

**The Role**

As our Retail Manager you will work as part of the senior management team to shape and lead our Retail, Admissions and Membership operation. We welcome over 130,000 visitors per year and the department has an annual turnover in excess of £300,000

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive manager to maximise sales and improve visitor service standards. Managing a dedicated team of colleagues and volunteers, you will be excited by driving performance against target, and creating an amazing visitorexperience.

**About You**

To join as our Retail Manager you’ll need a strong financial acumen, understand P&L, labour percentages and cost of sales. You must have proven experience in motivating and coaching team members.
