We are searching for an experienced integrator with general management experience to provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the business.

**Position Overview**: As an integrator reporting directly to the owner, you will assume a central role in overseeing and directing all aspects of the business’ operations. Your leadership and strategic expertise will be instrumental in driving the company’s success:

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy, aligning it with the companys vision and goals.

**Operational Oversight**: Manage and optimise all aspects of the business operations, ensuring efficient production, supply chain, and high-quality products.

**Financial Management**: Monitor and manage the companys finances, including budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.

**Team Leadership**: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the company’s goals are met.

**Business Development**: Identify growth opportunities, both locally and internationally, and develop strategies to expand the companys market presence.

**Customer Relations**: Maintain a strong customer focus, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

**Quality Assurance**: Implement and uphold the highest quality standards across all products and operations.

**Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure the companys adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a track record of achieving business objectives.

Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.

Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial resources.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.

Understanding of market dynamics and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
