We have an exciting roadmap ahead for new products, services, production capacity and business expansion. As a result of this continued success, we are expanding our teams in Omagh. We currently have an opportunity for a Production Team Leader.

About the Role
- Leading a production team of Hydraulic Fitters, scheduling workload and materials to ensure targets are met.
- Ensuring strict compliance with all Health and Safety processes and procedures.
- Maintaining a high-quality standard within the production shed at all times.
- Support the Production Supervisor in their role to deliver, control and manage the day to day production of the shed to ensure on time delivery targets.
- Liaising with other teams and departments on a daily basis.
- Understanding of Lean principles & methodology.
- Any other reasonable duties.
About you
Essential:
- Significant production experience gained in a highly pressured and fast paced manufacturing environment.
- Ideally you should have previous supervisory or people management experience.
- Good working knowledge of steel fabrication, machine parts and steel processing.
- Ability to work on own initiative and take responsibility for making good business decisions when required.
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects at one time.
- Motivated self-starter with an eye for detail.
- Ability to drive quality improvements and meet targets
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good IT skills.
