**Overview of role**:
We have a great opportunity for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our friendly and supportive school administration team. We are looking for a dynamic, committed and friendly person to be in this front-facing role in our school, working as part of the admin team.

**Key details**:

- Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 4pm), 38 hours per week
- Term-time only (38 weeks per year)
- Wage: £6.40 per hour (apprenticeship Wage). _This will increase to the NMW for your age after 1st year._
- Location: Barnsole Road, Gillingham, Kent, ME72JG

**Apprenticeship details**:

- Qualification: Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
- Duration of course: 18 months
- Training Provider: LMP Education (Rated No 1 Training Provider in the UK)
- All learning delivered online/ remotely alongside role.

**Full Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with all Directors, colleagues, and other professionals.
- Drafting correspondence as required.
- Assisting the EA to CEO with arrangements for meetings, including managing room bookings and catering.
- Assisting with managing content on the Trust website.
- Assisting with managing content on the Internal Intranet (Maritime Hub), adding and removing content where necessary.
- Providing general administrative support as required, including routine word processing, photocopying, collating reports, and filing.
- Monitoring levels of stationery and supplies in the Trust office and placing orders as required.
- Meeting all learning commitments of the apprenticeship as directed by the line manager and training provider.

**Skills & Personal Qualities**:

- Good IT skills and able to use software packages such as Google
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Organised and good at managing your time

**Qualifications Requirements**:

- GCSE or equivalent (Functional skills) English (Grade 4) essential
- GCSE or equivalent (Functional skills) Maths (Grade 4) essential
