**The Role**
This is a varied role for an individual that is enthusiastic, driven, extremely organised and thrives on a busy and challenging role. As an administrator at Continuum, your main role will be to support a number of Independent Financial Advisers with their report writing, information gathering and accurately recording financial information. You will have excellent telephone skills and at least 1 years Administration or Financial Services experience.
**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Provide admin support to Independent Financial Advisers across the business.
- Manage and input accurate client records on internal CRM systems.
- Deal with client enquiries via the telephone for both new and existing clients.
- Regular use of Excel for monitoring of financial data.
- Liaise with External providers to obtain client information and issue appropriate communication to Advisers.
- Organise client review meetings and prepare reports.
- Other general administrative duties as required, such as dealing with post and meet and greet visitors to the office.
**What we are looking for**
- A minimum of 1 year experience in Administration or a financial services environment is essential.
- You will be prepared to learn and develop and assist wherever necessary.
- A high level of organisational skills will be needed to manage the needs of the advisers, clients and daily tasks within the role.
- You must be a good communicator, face to face, via telephone and online, always displaying a professional approach, & you’ll demonstrate the confidence to deal with the general public and Advisers.
- You’ll be proactive and able to work on your own initiative.
- An extremely high level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- You’ll be IT literate, with the ability to pick up new systems very quickly and already have a good knowledge of MS Office, Gmail and Excel.
