Owing to change, we are actively recruiting an entry level Business Development Specialist (Italian & Romanian speaking) to join our fun, collaborative team based in Vimercate, Italy. Working alongside of other Business Development colleagues and reportingto the Manager, Business Development, this role will cover both the Italian and Romanian market. **What the Team does**: The Juice PLUS+ Business Development team are responsible for guiding and coordinating partners’ activity, through analysis of their current results and helping them in planning and achieving new business goals. This can be achieved by an outstanding understandingof our business, market and competition, adopting an analytical approach to data and through building strong, trustworthy and lasting relationships with the Partners. Internally, BD connects mainly with regional Partner Support, Sales & Marketing teams, Complianceteam as well as respective colleagues in the other markets. **Your Day to Day**: - Guide our Partners on methods to increase business activity levels - Build strong relationships with the Partner base and increase affiliation with the Juice Plus+ company - Hold individual planning sessions with key Partners to develop their goals - Outline specific monthly plans for achieving business goals, coordinated with corporate activities - Ensure that Partners are acting in a compliant manner This is an excellent JUNIOR / ENTRY LEVEL opportunity for someone with a strong background in Customer Care, or with existing sales related experience to develop their career within a fun, collaborative and growing environment.
