SAP Expert

This is an amazing opportunity for a SAP MM Purchasing / SAP Ariba / OCR Solution Expert to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Milan on a permanent basis, with a salary of up to 75,000.

As the SAP MM Purchasing / SAP Ariba / OCR Solution Expert, you will act as the European Business Partner for SAP Procurement embedded into the global IT team along with being responsible for building new and/or existing SAP solutions into the Procurementteam.

As the SAP MM Purchasing / SAP Ariba / OCR Solution Expert, you will:

- Review user requirements, and consult internal stakeholders in terms of SAP Procurement solutions
- Get familiar with the newest generation IT solutions and advise internal partners on innovative IT technologies
- Organise the configuration and customisation of SAP and associated systems:
1. Responsible for the content of test scripts

2. Execute functional testing and support business testing

3. Prepare and perform data migration activities

4. Implement the global process and system governance

5. Contribute to the creation of training documentation

6. Deliver training
- Work in partnership with infrastructure, process integration, development, and authorization partners to deliver requested standard and or custom IT solutions
- Oversee external parties such as IT consultants and service providers - projects, system changes and/or outsourced services
- Contribute to the resolution of critical/urgent incidents - 3rd-level support

Key requirements:

- Expertise in SAP MM Procurement and SAP ARIBA
- Knowhow in OCR, Smart Invoicing Solutions and/or payment solutions an advantage
- System configuration and/or customization knowhow
- Comprehensive procure-to-pay business processes understanding
- Service management experience
