Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Dorchester site.

As part of our Centralised Customer Service Team (but based at our Dorchester site), you will be supported, respected, made to feel welcome and work for a company which will invest in your future. **About you**

You will;
- Want to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to multitask
- Have a professional and polite telephone manner
- Have experience in a customer facing role, either face to face or by telephone
- Be engaged in learning new systems and processes
- Have the confidence to speak to customers and relay information
- Show empathy and understanding to our customers
- Have the ability to engage with colleagues across all of our sites

**About the role**
- Answering incoming telephone calls to the Dorchester site, supported by the Central Customer Service Team
- Liaise with all on site departments to track progress of vehicle repairs
- Use MG Cannon internal systems to record information about vehicle repairs
- Arrange and book appointments for customers to visit the site for an estimate on their vehicle
- Liaise with other sites on queries and appointments
- Directing the site drivers with daily requirements for collection and delivery of customer vehicles
- Act as an ambassador for the business by ensuring customers are aware of the benefits of using MG Cannon as the chosen repairer for their vehicle
- Instill confidence in the customer by demonstrating product and system knowledge, as well as providing a professional service at all times

**Salary**: £21,632.00 per year
