Your Responsibilities & Role Purpose
Working in Accounts Payable, you will deliver services as part of an accounting team embedded in the Global Trade business of ADM Agriculture Limited. In this position, you will be reporting to the Accounting Manager and working closely with the Trade Execution department.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Vendor Invoice Processing
- Maintaining the accounts payable (AP) ledger.
- Invoice booking in Ultra.
- Invoice booking in Netsuite through purchase order system.
- Resolving queries on all invoices and payments.

Payment Processing
- Issue payments as per daily payment schedule for GBP, EUR and USD transactions.
- Running debtor reports prior to payment run approval
- Reconcilliation of supplier accounts to statements
- Monitoring daily reports for internal communication.
- Following the process to book FX transactions.
- Support for gathering audit documentation
- Cover other roles in the department as required.
- Ad Hoc reporting and tasks as required

Your Profile
**Skills, Abilities and Experience**:

- Business administration university degree or equivalent.
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP, JDE or Netsuite desired
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to interact with all levels in the organisation.
- Willingness to learn.
