**Role Overview**
This is a key role supporting the Manchester Partners in delivering customer service excellence to external and internal customers, ensuring that the RLB ethos is maintained.
**Key Responsibilities**
Overall responsibility supporting the Partners and team with the delivery of the business plan and overall business strategy.
- Booking travel and accommodation for senior members of staff.
- Booking meetings and events (internal and external).
- Assisting with contract management - Liaising with document controllers where relevant.
- Supporting other administrators where necessary and providing holiday cover.
- Creating and maintaining good relationships with other administrators and colleagues within the business.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a secretarial role ideally within the Construction sector for Consultancies.
- High level of IT competency, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
- Pro-active, diligent, flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic
