**Client Details**

This Credit Risk Analyst role will be working for a growing FMCG business in Slough.

**Description**

This temporary Credit Risk Analyst position, will involve the following responsibilities:

- Analyse and sanction credit proposals within the parameters of own mandate.
- Analyse credit proposals outside of own mandate, and obtain approval at appropriate level.
- Proactively find ways to structure proposals so that an approval could be given, thus balancing the risk and reward.
- Ensure Credit Risk is fully compliant with all group, local and country policies e.g. Data Protection, Consumer Credit Act, Money Laundering.
- Work closely and effectively with colleagues across the business to serve the needs of customers within the parameters of defined SLAs
- Develop effective relationships to support the group strategy.
- Contribute to the development of the Credit Administration team members

**Profile**

The ideal Credit Risk Analyst will have the following:

- Experience in credit analysis.
- An inquisitive mind set and strong attention to detail.
- Experience of actively participating in a team environment, whilst demonstrating the capability to work independently.
- Experience within Asset Finance is an advantage. Must hold a mandate for making decisions
