Cranmead is a dynamic company delivering supported accommodation to young people and care leavers and growing all the time.

We are looking for a Team Leaders for our growing team and service who will manage 24-hour supported accommodation services in Worthing for Unaccompanied Asylum Seekers aged 16-18 years old and Care Leavers. You will be expected to have a positive approach and to lead and direct the teams to get the best results for the young people in our services.

We will support you through a thorough induction process and with bespoke, focused training and development opportunities.

You will need to be able to demonstrate or tell us about the following areas at your interview:
Experience of working in a support role, managing a caseload and multi-agency work

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability able to develop good working relationships with a range of people

Good IT literacy and numerical skills

Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

**Salary**: From £27,500.00 per year
