**Scotch Dyke Residential Care Hom**e is a friendly 25 bedded residential home looking for a Team Leader to become part of our friendly professional team. We are a small home providing exceptional person centred care for our residents.
As a Team Leader you will be required to act as the senior and lead the shift whilst delivering the highest standards of person-centred care to our lovely residents.
You will be responsible for administering medication, undertaking supervisions and liaising with other healthcare professionals.
You will also be required to assist the Management Team in ensuring that all required records and paperwork regarding Resident Care Plans, Medication Administration, Supervisions, Training etc are maintained and that these records retain a high degree of accuracy.
**Experience essential** in working with the elderly in a care home environment.
Driving licence is required.
DBS and references will be required.
Lovely working environment and good rates of pay.
Our shift patterns are 08.00am to 14.00pm - or 14.00pm to 20.00pm
