Ward Based Discharge Coordinator

Several exciting new opportunities have been created at Salisbury Hospital for Discharge Coordinators to join wards to help ensure the safe and timely discharge of patients from hospital. You will work with all members of the multi disciplinary team helping people leave the hospital when their treatment is finished with us. You will need excellent communication and personal skills, curiosity and determination.
