We are seeking a passionate, reliable, and highly organised individual to support our sales team and provide an exceptional showroom experience. Based at our main showroom in Sandbach, with occasional work at our second Wilmslow showsite, this role is ideal for a confident, well-presented professional eager to develop strong product knowledge across our full range.

As a key point of contact for customers, you will manage showroom visits, qualify sales leads, and assist with customer enquiries and orders. You’ll also play a key role in following up on quotes, maintaining CRM records, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact for showroom visitors, providing a warm welcome and professional customer experience.
- Qualify incoming sales leads by understanding customer needs to direct to the relevant and sales agent, and/or by recommending the most suitable products.
- Develop strong product knowledge across all brands, staying up to date with the latest features, selling points, and bespoke options.
- Liaise with customers visiting the showroom, preparing quotations, answering questions, and guiding them through the ordering process.
- Work closely with the sales team to support weekly sales goals and ensure smooth order processing.
- Assist in sales administration, including processing deposit invoices, sending orders, and maintaining sales reports.
- Maintain showroom presentation, ensuring demo buildings, stock, and signage are tidy, up to date, and visually appealing.
- Manage on-site promotional activity, displaying key messages about savings, events, and brochure access (via QR code downloads).
- Prepare and manage crib sales sheets for key products.
- Assist with secondary showsite tasks as needed.
- Provide refreshments to visitors and create a welcoming showroom environment.
- Conduct end-of-day check-ins with the management team to review progress and discuss any issues.
- Assist with general office administration, including organising documents and coordinating showroom activities.

**Experience & Skills required**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a sales environment.
- Confident, polite, and approachable, with a professional manner and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to engage with a variety of customers.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills, able to manage multiple tasks well.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft office, Google drive and docs. _(Hubspot experience is a plus, but not essential)._
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional interactions with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries and issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Willingness to take on new responsibilities and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- A passion for home improvement & design.
- Weekend availability is essential.
- Full driving licence.
- Non-smoker (preferable).

**Schedule**:

- 5 days / week:
Monday to Friday (4 days).
Saturdays or Sundays (1 day).

With a range of approximately 25 products, all customisable, we cater for all. From a basic garden shed or a stunning cedar-clad outdoor room. Our showroom in Cheshire has 60 buildings on display. We happily serve customers within a 40-mile radius of our showroom, offering our products and services to help them create their perfect outdoor space.
