Job Title: Sales Representative Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 Location: Sandbach, United Kingdom Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative in Sandbach. The successful candidate will have experience with phone-based sales and will be enthusiastic about making calls throughout the day. This is not a cold-calling role, as you will have pre-qualified leads of individuals who may be interested in making claims for matters such as mortgage mis-sellings and the diesel emissions scandal. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads, provided by the company. Engage with potential claimants, explaining the claim process and the benefits of filing a claim. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all phone interactions. Achieve daily and weekly call targets to drive business growth. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive claimant experience. Accurately record and update claimant information in the company's CRM system. Qualifications: Prior experience in a phone-based sales role is preferable. Comfortable and happy to make calls throughout the day. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated and goal-oriented with a desire for career progression. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
