**The Role**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Member to join our Borough Market store. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, delivering excellent service, and showcasing our signature French-inspired treats.
**Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Prepare and serve coffees, teas, juices, and smoothies to a high standard.
- Serve food and drinks with efficiency, care, and attention to detail, maintaining excellent presentation.
- Keep displays clean, organised, and visually inviting, always reflecting Oree’s high standards.
- Collaborate with your team and managers, supporting wherever needed.
**Key to the Role**
- Always remain presentable, adhering to Oree’s uniform standards.
- Be proactive, looking for opportunities to help—whether assisting teammates, serving customers, or ensuring the shop runs smoothly.
- Show a genuine interest in French bakery and patisserie.
- Take pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
