We are currently operating in a hybrid working environment, meaning that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Leading the assurance of CEA maturity upgrade requests, including review of supporting evidence
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to guide them through CEA requirements
- Working closely with the Framework, Design and Execution team to maintain and enhance alignment of CEA
- Managing the pipeline of CEA changes in conjunction with escalating in a timely manner
- Reviewing and reflecting CEA changes made under CERPA governance to ensure consistency
- Identifying set and managing expectations with key Stakeholders

**What we’re looking for**:

- You have broad assurance expertise, preferably to include exposure to/direct experience of 1st Line of Defense assurance
- Demonstrating your ability to understand and distil complex information and conclude on compliance against defined requirements
- Proven ability to understand context of issues identified and propose pragmatic solutions
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship management skills

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- You have Data Analytics experience and/or ability to manipulate data sets to inform assurance activities
- Ability to work autonomously and comfortable navigating through a changing environment
- Proven ability to drive change and support continuous improvement
- You are Execution focused, detail oriented and well organized

**Where will you be working?**
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command Centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play. We have an onsite gym, as well as outdoor tennis, football and cricket areas, as well as onsite restaurant and coffee shops.
