**Job Type / Category**

**The Role**:

- You'll be part of a team of 8 people in an office that manages the service for 100 clients and 50 Caregivers in the community.
- Office administrator. Some of the tasks related with this job include: arranging interviews with applicants, arranging training, create and maintenance of employee files, get references, assisting with monthly newsletter, sending invoices and schedules or other letters, checking the clock-in system everyday and oncall 2 weekends p.month.
- Minimum required skills: average typing speed, basic computer skills, average knowledge of Microsoft Office, able to quickly learn new software, proven time management skills.
- At least 2 years experience as an administrator in an office environment.
- Customer orientated: great phone manners, patient on the phone and professional. Able to deal with difficult people.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Results orientated and able to multi-task.
- You're part of ONCALL team (weekend/weekday)
- You have high standards for your work.
