Salary range: £25,300 - £30,000

Role Overview

The Employee Health Benefits Advisor is a fantastic new role created to support our people to understand and engage with their benefits.

You’ll spend most of your time on site with colleagues, promoting the benefits available to them and finding out what support they require and connecting them with appropriate benefit pathways.

What you’ll do:

- Listening to colleagues’ issues and signposting them to the most appropriate benefit, service, or pathway.
- Proactively encouraging colleagues to engage with their health and wellbeing benefits and create space and time for colleagues to take time away from their role to discuss wellbeing issues.
- Support with the delivery of Personal Energy, Bupa’s health and wellbeing programme to those in frontline roles.
- Liaising with managers and leaders to ensure colleagues at all sites under your remit are aware of the Health Benefits Advisor and establishing what signposting or awareness may be required.

What you’ll bring:

- Customer facing experience
- Ability to listen, empathise, and build rapport
- Confidence in having potentially emotive or difficult conversations (Mental Health First Aider training or similar is desirable, but we can also provide this training or a refresher if required)
- Strong organisation, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation
- Full UK driving licences - weekly regional travel and at times national travel will be required
