**Your Role**
The Neighbourhood Team is looking to recruit a Team Manager who has experience of working with adults within the care act, who have a physical disability or mental impairment such as dementia/Alzheimer’s. Our aim is to always work towards our residents to live their own Gloriously Ordinary Life.
The post holder will form part of our leadership team within our service and support to establish and maintain a strength-based culture of teamwork, achievement, accountability, and outcome focused. This includes providing supervision and support to the staff team as well as contributing to the ever-developing service.
**About You**
We are looking for somebody who:
- Is a team player and has a keen interest in achieving better outcomes for adults and promote our ethos of Glorious Ordinary lives.
- Likes to support newly qualified and experienced social workers to develop to achieve the best they can. To promote positive practice in line with social work England standards and in line with our local practice standards framework.
- Has good organisation skills.
- Has the ability to be creative with budgets and good at problem solving.
- To be able to work collaboratively and lead neighbourhood teams with our 3rd sector colleagues, health colleagues to promote thriving communities
