Safer Neighbourhoods Officer

x2 Permanent Full-Time (37 hours per week)Are you passionate about making a difference in communities and tackling antisocial behaviour At Stockport Homes Group were looking for a Safer Neighbourhood Officer to help create safer more supportive neighbourhoods across Stockport.In this role you will investigate complaints of antisocial behaviour working with residents to take appropriate enforcement or intervention action. You will support both victims and perpetrators ensuring effective case management and using legal processes where necessary to achieve positive outcomes. Working closely with internal teams and external partners you will contribute to the Safer Stockport Partnership and help deliver services in line with the ASB Strategy. You will also participate in the Safer Neighbourhoods Duty Rota responding to emergency cases and ensuring the safety and well-being of customers.To be successful in this role you will need to have strong organisational and problem-solving skills the ability to manage caseloads effectively and experience in civil court procedures and legal processes.
