**T**he Opportunity**
As a Personal Assistant at TONI&GUY, you'll step into a pivotal role, supporting our Leaders and ensuring the seamless flow of daily operations. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be the bedrock of our dynamic environment. Join us in a role where every detail matters and your impact is felt every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
We’d love to meet someone with:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
What can we Offer you?
- Flexible working. Our Global Support Office work in a Hybrid Model, with 3 days in the office. Core hours are 10am to 4pm, allowing you to work in a pattern that suits you (ie; 8 am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm).
