**Compliance Facilities Officer - Chinese Speaker**

Euro London Appointments is excited to be working with an expanding Chinese retail company who are seeking new members for their management team in Compliance as the business grows.

You will be responsible for the Facilities/Compliance team and ensure a safe working and compliant environment for our customers and employees within a retail/warehouse and office environment. This includes compliance of Health and Safety, Food Safety, statutory, contractual and company regulations and processes.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a legal compliance /facilities role.
- Experience of operating within a commercial food environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, communicate clearly with the store managers, senior managers and all staff.
- Able to write and analyse legislation and respond accordingly.
- Intermediate Excel skills and basic Word skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with contractors.
- H&S trained to IOSH standard.
- Food Safety Level 3.
- Capability to work unsupervised and take responsibility.
- Able to remain calm under pressure.
- Detailed and flexibility in both written skills and time management.
- Good organisational skills.
- Fluency in Chinese or Cantonese desirable.
