**Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative Position-**

Multi Skilled Operative required for repair work in occupied and void domestic properties.

Are you an experienced carpenter, plumber or multi trader? Do you have experience working in social housing repairs and maintenance? If so, we currently have a position for that may suit you.

**Company Overview.**
We are a well-established ground works and landscaping company who over the past 2 years have expanded our business into the repairs and maintenance industry. We currently work with establishments who work with in the social housing sector and provide then with all aspects of repairs, maintenance and void services. We now plan on expanding our company further into this industry and are looking to grow our team.

**Job Role**:
We are looking to recruit a part time multi skilled trades person working, working hours would typically be Monday to Friday 8.30am - 2pm. These hours will be provisional in the first instance with the opportunity to expand the contract over time. Some overtime and emergency call outs would be required as and when necessary. Emergency call outs will be paid at enhanced rates. You will be provided with a company van with fuel and insurance included. We will provide you with the essential tools needed to be able to carry out this role.

**You will be carrying out multi-trade work in a domestic and commercial settings, all work is to be completed to a high standard. Knowledge of the following trades would essential**:

- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Tiling
- Painting and decorating
- Basic electrics
- Other related skills associated with domestic and commercial occupation.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally you will have experience in a similar role within social housing and have a full UK Driver’s License.
- Qualifications in any of the trades would be preferably although not essential.
- The rate of pay will be £14 per hour, emergency call outs will be paid at a minimum of £50 per call out on top of your hourly rate._
