We are a Blackpool-based nationwide maintenance company providing property maintenance services to lenders, asset managers and LPA receivers. We deal with vacant and occupied properties both residential and commercial. We are ISO 9001, ConstructionLine Gold and Safe Contractor accredited and strive to be the best at what we do.

We are a very busy office so the pace is fast and there is rarely a dull moment.

Good telephone manners and IT skills are a must.

**Main Purpose of Job**:

- **Assist in receiving and acknowledging jobs** from clients under supervision
- **Shadow team members** to learn how to arrange special client instructions (e.g. security, animal handling)
- **Support data entry** by inputting job information into the system, ensuring accuracy with oversight
- **Learn procedures for job cancellations** and assist in conducting cancellation checks
- **Observe and assist in job allocation** to operatives and subcontractors, learning relevant verification steps
- **Assist in gathering possession details** from contractors within required timeframes
- **Support in preparing and sending possession details** to clients on time
- **Learn about client SLA requirements** and help ensure possession activities meet those standards
- **Support the cost calculation process** using client-specific fee schedules, under supervision
- **Help pass completed job costs** to the accounts team once works are verified
- **Assist in reviewing photographic evidence** from contractors to ensure work completion and quality
- **Help respond to basic queries** from clients and contractors, escalating complex issues as needed
- **Compile colour portfolios** for clients and help with document formatting
- **Help maintain daily diaries** by tracking contractor updates and supporting client communications
- **Observe the quoting process**, helping to prepare draft quotes for review by senior staff
- **Support processing DVLA checks** for abandoned vehicle reports, under guidance

Full training on job will be provided.

Holiday allowance starts at 25 days plus bank holidays, which increases with years served.

This is a full time position with contracted hours of 37.5 hours a week
