An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our established Membership team.
We are looking for a confident and persuasive communicator with an excellent telephone manner, interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to solve problems. You will need to be self-motivated and able to promote the services of the Chamber. A methodicalapproach to your work and a customer-focused attitude are also essential.
**Membership Key Account Advisor Responsibilities**:
- Carry out admin processes for new and renewing members of the Chamber Group
- Develop a rolling call programme of at least 20+ calls to members per day
- Working with the finance coordinator carry out credit control duties for renewing members
- Respond to incoming enquiries from members, providing a high level of customer service
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the Chambers’ products and services to match employers needs
- For Next Generation members
- Meet with members companies who have 5 or more members on a regular basis
- Work with the Events teams to develop a programme of social networking events
- Work with the Marketing and PR teams to promote Next Chamber activity
- Call members to provide members with information on forth coming activity
- Meet and Greet Next Generation Chamber members at relevant events
- Support the Director of Business Development in seeking out opportunities for new patrons
Previous experience of working in a similar environment is necessary and you must be computer literate with a knowledge of client management systems. Access to transport would be advantageous to fulfil client visit requirements.
