**About the role**

Mercedes-Benz of Northampton has a fantastic opportunity available for an excellent individual to join our VIP Sales Department as Key Account Manager.

As Key Account Manager for VIP Sales, you will look forward to interacting with customers & opportunities within the VIP arena, liaising with industries such as high level Sport, Music, Entertainment & Blue Chip Companies that qualify for Mercedes-BenzVIP Sales.

You will expect to deliver a great customer experience, ensuring that their needs are understood.

You will make recommendations on products that meet their requirements and guide them through the sales process, providing advice and assistance with any queries they may have.

Our VIP sales department work a variety of flexible patterns & hours outside normal business which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

**About You**

Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team, supporting our VIP Department and outstanding manufacturer courses run by Mercedes-Benz to support your career.

You will take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service; ideally, you will have experience in a sales and/or retail background and are looking for the next step in your career.

A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.
