**APML Estate** has a mixed-use portfolio centred in Knightsbridge and South Kensington but extending throughout the southeast of England. The portfolio comprises offices, retail and leisure, industrial and residential properties.

We are currently recruiting for a **Facilities Supervisor** to join our team to assist with the asset management of our extensive and diverse portfolio.

As a Facilities Supervisor you will develop and maintain good relations with tenants ensuring all parties adhere to their contractual arrangements, you will consolidate service change information and oversee health and safety compliance. Our Facilities Supervisorsalso manage contractors and support and assist with the co-ordination of tenant related fit outs.
- Have property management experience, specifically within facilities
- Have significant Health & Safety experience
- Are self motivated
- Are a good problem solver and have excellent analytical skills
- Have good organisation and planning skills
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information to all management levels as well as tenants
