Job DescriptionFacility Supervisor 12 Month ContractLocation: Thurso (Full Time Onsite)Rate: 25.86 - 40.46 per hour UmbrellaIR35: In ScopeA great opportunity has arisen for two Facility Supervisors to join a leading organisation at their Dounreay site. The successful candidates will play a key role within Site Services overseeing operations and maintenance activities in the Dounreay Cementation Plant (DCP).Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise work within the complex ensuring all activities are carried out safely and in line with proceduresReview and prepare safe system of work documentationMaintain high standards of housekeeping across all areasParticipate in work scope and hazard reviews work scheduling and coordinationReport and investigate abnormal conditions incidents and equipment failures taking appropriate action to protect personnel and the environmentCarry out Management Authorisations relevant to the post (e.g. Permit to Work Issuer Radiation Protection Supervisor Lift Supervisor Radioactive Materials Coordinator Risk Assessor Project Supervisor FCA Building Warden)Line manage and support staff within the facilityEssential Skills & ExperienceProven experience in a similar supervisory or operational role within a highly regulated environmentStrong organisational and planning abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsPositive proactive and self-motivated approachRelevant site and plant operation knowledgeContract Length: 12 monthsWorking Pattern: Full time on-site in ThursoFor more information or to apply please get in touch with Daniel Cordy at TEC Partners.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Management,Mac Os,Clinical Data Management,Leadership,AC Maintenance,Financial Reporting Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
