**A SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR** required for my client who are Financial Advisors based in central Birmingham. To be the key point of contact and lead a small team within the office and support the Company processes and procedures. As a Senior Administrator you will fulfil the following duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To support the business in all its processes and activities including the administration of all recommendations and regulated processes.
- To ensure all transactions are completed within FCA regulations and within the company’s internal administrative policies.
- Maintain client records and Provide administrative support to the all stakeholders within the business
- To be the main contact for the technical and challenging queries that arise
- Have the ability to supervise and train the administrators within the team and assist/delegate daily duties
- Assist the para planners with quarterly protection due diligence
- Assist in the development of on-going projects to drive the business forward including writing and updating of the business administration procedures and guiding the team on their use.
- General administration duties & ad-hock tasks as required and providing administration support to Office Manager and MD as required.
- Respond to daily tasks as they arise efficiently & effectively, with willingness and enthusiasm, helping to maintain a good and happy working atmosphere.
- To be responsible for accurate commissions reconciliation reports each month
- To produce client review packs and obtain valuations, bespoke quotations and policy info.
- When required, organise and attend client meetings with adviser.
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be from a background in financial services
- Must have attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Be a good team player and have the ability to communicate effectively with all team members
- Must be willing to learn and develop, have a proactive attitude and flexible approach
- Have the ability to coach others, and work with mínimal supervision
- Having some experience working with Financial advisors, and product knowledge of Pension, Investment and Protection
- Strong administrative background working with high net-worth clients
- Experience of arranging commercial lending would be advantageous but not essential
- The ability to lead a small team
- **Must** have experience in **Intelligent Office**
HOURS OF WORK - Monday - Thursday 8.45 - 5.30 and Friday 8.45 - 4.30 (Office Based)
SALARY - £25,000- £30,000
