We are working on behalf of a multi nationl professional services to bring in a newly created Head of FP&A.
This hire will be able to take operation date and translate it into the financial story. You will be working alongside the Global FD who has worked their way up in the business. There is a hybrid working environment of 2 days office to 3 days working fromhome.
This role will have one direct report.
Key remits to the role will be;
Build out
- Build out a proactive and trusted FP&A function that is relied upon across the business.
Monthly Reporting
- Build and maintain detailed knowledge and understanding of the business to enable delivery of meaningful management information to senior leaders.
- Deliver key messages through the preparation of materials to the senior leaders, including briefing papers and presentations
- Partner closely with the operational departments to provide reporting, with insightful analysis that drives increased profitability, business action and outcomes
- Call out financial risks of decisions or actions ahead of time.
- Track SLA costs and mitigations.
Forecasting
- Provide detailed forecasts on our client base, built upon key operational data sets and performance.
- Via the monthly reporting suites, prepare various scenario-based forecasting.
- Responsible for modelling the operational budgets for profit generating business units.
