Whisky Auctioneer specialises in auctioning whisky, whether it be fine, old, rare, collectable or affordable.  Formed in 2013 and based in Perth, central Scotland, our website aims to be the most comprehensive website available for the buying and selling of whisky.  More recently, in 2017 this exciting and fast growth company has launched Wine Auctioneer followed by Rum Auctioneer in 2019.  With aims to be the global market leader and trusted authority on the buying and selling of whisky and spirits at auction we are building a team to support our strategic aims of making the market more accessible to all and sharing our passion for connecting these bottles to our customers.   

**The Role**

As Client Service Representative you will work as part of a client focused team to provide a best-in-class client experience to win key selling opportunities and purchase enquiries. This includes providing accurate valuations, conflict resolution, and problem solving. This role reports to the Head of Client Services

**Key Deliverables in this role will include (but are not limited to)**:

- Producing accurate valuations of Whisky, Rum and Wine collections.
- Manage and track customer interactions, auction consignments and selling opportunities via Saleforce.
- Provide feedback to improve efficiencies and processes related to Client experience.
- Adhering to Whisky Auctioneer’s Covid-19 safety procedures.

**Job Requirements**
- Proven ability to be Client-Focused: Consistently delivering high-quality service.
- Good conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to efficiently identify client needs and determine how to address them.
- Good general knowledge of Whisky, Rum, and Wine, as well as an understanding of the operations of online auctions.
- Very good IT skills.

**Additional Info, Salary and Benefits ** 

This is envisaged as a full-time post (40 hours per week). We are offering a starting salary of £20,592.00.

Our office hours are 08:45 to 17:15, Monday to Saturday.

Staff have the opportunity for training (e.g., WSET) and attending industry events and festivals.
