**The first yurt-based outdoor nursery school, Farley Sparsholt really is a nursery like no other.**

We are looking for passionate and ambitious Assistant Nursery Chef/Cook who will prepare nutritionally balanced, freshly prepared meals and be responsible for the safe and hygienic management of the nursery kitchen.

**About the job**:

- Provide balanced and nutritional meals for all children attending the nursery and catering for children with specific dietary needs
- Instill Storal Values to Food and Hygiene and compliance with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health-Food Safety, Health ad Safety and within the guidelines of Ofsted
- Ensure all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences
- Maintaining stock levels and ensuring stock rotation
- To be aware of COSHH and follow relevant guidelines
- To deputise for the Cook in all absences with the expectation of deputising full time when this is required

**About you**:

- Level 2 Food and Hygiene
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role
- Understanding of Health and Safety regulations and COSHH
- Reflecting the Storal values around responsibility, openness and working together
