Onboarding Manager

The role of the Partner Onboarding Manager is to be responsible for onboarding newly signed partners and re-sellers, delivering a professional service that ensures that our partners have the best experience possible. Your responsibilities will include remotelydelivering live onboarding sessions providing Resellers with the knowledge, tools and processes they will need to be successful in Partnership. You will demonstrate the key systems that they will use on a day-to-day basis as well as providing insight and trainingon the processes and procedures they will need to know to get started.
- Monitor and adapt to the changing needs of partners, helping to implement improvements where necessary
- Act as the first point of contact for our partners in the first two weeks of their journey with us.
- Produce, collate, and analyse statistical data to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of our onboarding and training processes.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to meet partner needs and departmental objectives
- Undertake the duties of the Onboarding Manager as and when required
- Undertake any other duties reasonably requested by the Onboarding Manager and the Training Manager
- Always maintain a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications.
- Good understanding of Windows operating system and Office365
- Good understanding of the VoIP technology and channel market.
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent and to include GCSE ICT A-C.
- You will be required to take ownership and work well individually and as a strong team player.
