The principal objective of the Specialist is to support client implementation of an integrated RevOps strategy, which unifies their revenue-driving functions (sales, marketing and customer success) within HubSpot, project management is at the core of this role.
- Liaising with clients in steering group/workshop sessions to develop a RevOps strategy leveraging the combined CMS, Sales, Marketing, Service & Operations Hub functionality of HubSpot
- Scoping and planning the mapping of client processes into HubSpot, making improvement/amendment suggestions to drive an integrated RevOps strategy.
- Managing the implementation of the client strategy into their HubSpot portal by coordinating ProsperoHub resource with the client side Project Manager.
- Development of materials to support client staff usage of the new processes and HubSpot tools.
- Development and delivery of client training programmes to support the roll-out of HubSpot within the designated staff pool.

The Specialist works with all areas of the ProsperoHub team to coordinate the execution of a RevOps-focused HubSpot build for clients. This includes the tech/data teams, marketing management/exec teams and freelance contractors, alongside direct management of the sales/marketing operations team. The Specialist coordinates project resource allocation alongside the Project Manager, and reports to the directors of the business.

The role entails the following specific duties and responsibilities:
**Marketing Strategy**
- Mapping/planning the processes and functionality to support the digital marketing and sales strategies with clients, from data input right through to client onboarding hand-off, and where required into client success and operations, to ensure that the clients Revenue Operations flywheel is frictionless, integrated and understood within the clients organisation.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the RevOps team will have no responsibility for strategy development, which will be undertaken by either the client or our consultancy team.
- Integrating context, corporate/departmental objectives, comms/channel mix and general marketing approach into a uniform inbound HubSpot methodology.
- Understanding sales handoff/interaction points to devise an integrated sales-marketing approach.
- Monitoring, analysing and reporting on campaign KPIs.
- Advising clients on HubSpot functionality in the Marketing/CMS Hubs that matches specific operational requirements.

**Sales Strategy**
- In line with a holistic RevOps approach, liaising with clients to understand and map their sales processes into HubSpot.
- Creating a strategy that combines sales and marketing processes and data in HubSpot, including handoff touchpoints (lead scoring, tasks etc.) and data capture.
- Devising process improvement opportunities with clients.
- Advising clients on HubSpot functionality in the Sales Hub that matches specific operational requirements, such as playbooks, documents, snippets, etc.

**Customer Success/Support Strategy**
- As the third component of a RevOps framework, liaising with clients to map post-sale (support and customer success) processes into HubSpot.
- Building a post-sale ‘flywheel’ approach that combines sales and marketing processes with customer success and support within HubSpot.
- Advising clients on HubSpot functionality in the Service Hub that matches specific operational requirements, such as tickets, bots, etc.

**RevOps Strategy**
- Combining client needs/objectives across all 3 areas above into a unified HubSpot-led revenue operations approach.

**Project Management**
- Collaborating with Project Manager and Sales to establish project plan
- Translating client RevOps strategies into granular project tasks, establishing dependencies and delivery responsibilities and ensuring correctly configured with Trello project management boards.
