**SUMMARY**
6Connex, a leader in virtual events software, has an exciting opportunity for an **Enterprise Account Executive-EMEA** to acquire new business customers and expand the relationships with existing clients. In this role, you will be the primary driver of developing new customers and expanding existing accounts.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationship and ensuring an outstanding customer experience with existing and potential 6Connex customers. The Enterprise Account Executive engages and executes complex software and solution sales to 6Connex customers, and performs a variety of tasks from account leadership, RFP response, presentation, demos, consulting, and sales leadership.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ability to identify and develop new relationships with new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
- Develops knowledge of the issues (strategic / competitive / social / political / economic / legal / technical) that customers face and positions 6Connex as the solution of choice.
- Strong acumen to direct and influence decisions that support the new business program.
- Liaise with appropriate internal departments to optimize the sales program, deliver a quality of service and overall customer satisfaction.
- Able to demonstrate confidence and assurance in their ability to own key projects.
- Proven ability to take on responsibility for the organization and planning both internally and externally.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant updates.
- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business goals.
- Professionally present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions.
- Maintains records (HubSpot) of lead generation campaigns, sales calls, visits, appointments, pipeline, and forecasts to provide timely information.
- Partner with members of 6Connex’s Executive Leadership Team to build and maintain customer executive level relationships.
- Manages the sales cycle, marshalling and utilizing the expertise of internal specialists or experts where appropriate. Manages key meetings and proposal-stage negotiations.
- Maintains regular contact with assigned customers and provides performance feedback to 6Connex management where appropriate
**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- 8+ years of proven track record in winning and managing client portfolio, ideally in the event management business and/or in a SaaS environment
- Able to identify new business opportunities, and create plans to secure them
- Experience with delivering technology remote demonstrations
- Excellence in problem solving and ability to develop action plans to resolve problems and issues
- Proven ability to generate revenue, exceed quota, and renew software subscriptions
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Negotiate renewal contracts for customer consumption of multiple lines of business within the 6Connex portfolio
- Demonstrated curiosity, resilience, and persistence
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
- MEDDPICC certification is a plus
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
- Teamwork oriented attitude
