Security Clearance Vetting Officer - (Remote) - £200 per day
New opening with our Global Tech client for Security officer. Initially this will be a 24 week/5+ months contract, although there maybe the opportunity to extend further. There is the option to work 100% remote with the clients’ offices in Reading and London.
Ad the Security Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the clients secure facility day-to-day operations through routine security system review (video surveillance, access logs etc.)
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all inbound requests for security clearance for internal staff.
- Review Security Clearance Requests - Verifying business justification for the applicant to have clearance following outlined process.
- Confirming Existing Clearances
- Liaising with Customer Vetting Departments to confirm internal Clearances
- Maintain an up-to-date Employee Clearance List
- Work alongside internal Security Controller to deliver ongoing training and education
