The Fullstack Developer is a permanent position offering a salary between £30,000 - £50,000 with an Accelerator bonus based in Hertford & Home Working.

**The Role**

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to help us build functional systems that improve customer experience, simplify and automate repeatable tasks, drive technical efficiencies and make us just that little bit better

Fullstack Developer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. If you have a solid background in software engineering / web design and are familiar with php, C#.javascript or front end frameworks such as Vue or React, we'd like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in project scoping and solution architecture
- Implement integrations requested by customers / internal departments
- Deploy updates and fixes
- Provide technical support
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Investigate and resolve technical issues

**Skill and Experience**

**Essential**:

- Experience working as a full stack developer
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Solid experience with CICD tools such as Git, Jira, Jenkins etc
- Strong in front-end and back-end
- Prior experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Vue
- Good knowledge of NodeJS / Javascript, PHP, HTML / CSS
- Previous experience with Python / Ruby is advantageous
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL / NoSQl

**Desirable**:

- Experience and firm understanding of Windows and Linux OS
- Working knowledge of AWS (Elastic Beanstalk, Lightsail, EC2, CloudFront etc)
- Previous experience in UI/UX design
- Experience with Docker advantageous
- Problem-solving attitude
- A strong team work ethic
