Working in a fast paced and busy environment, we are looking to fill the following position to fit into our already established team:

- **EXPERIENCED Sales and Lettings VALUER**
- To plan and conduct property valuations for both Sales and Lettings; successfully converting into new business instructions. This includes researching the market to ensure local knowledge and marketing conditions are fully considered.
- To complete contracts and undertake property measures.
- Loading new business instructions on systems and web-site portals.
- Registering purchaser / vendor details and property match.
- Conduct viewings
- Negotiate property sales and lets, assisting landlords, vendors and purchasers with sales and lettings progression.
- To target and effectively manage lost business into new business
- To keep in regular contact with all vendors; maximising opportunities and customer expectations within marketing conditions
- Working closely with other team members, sharing information to secure additional business
- Recommending the company’s other products, such as insurance and financial services
- Liaise with solicitors, conveyancers, mortgage lenders and surveyors as part of the sales valuation and progression process
- Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities
- Managing Social Media portals.
- Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals.

**ESSENTIAL Requirements**:

- Industry experienced; proven property sales and lettings valuation experience
- Computer and Social Media literate
- Extensive area knowledge
- Highly motivated, passionate, determined and flexible with a desire to be successful
- Be well presented and approachable
- Hold a full UK driving Licence

Work remotely

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Estate Agent Valuing: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
